1993-2000

• On 16 December 1993, KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o. - Skupina Nove KBM (management company) was established;
• On 24 November 1994, the District Court of Maribor registered the incorporation of the company Infond-Stolp, pooblaščena investicijska družba d.d. (licensed privatisation investment fund) (founders’ meeting held on 12 November 1994);
• On 30 November 1994, the Securities Market Agency issued a licence for the establishment of Infond Zlat, pooblaščena investicijska družba d.d.;
• On 20 February 1995, the District Court of Maribor registered the incorporation of the company Infond-Center, pooblaščena investicijska družba d.d. (founders’ meeting held on 17 February 1995);
• On 27 March 1996, the District Court of Maribor registered the incorporation of the company Infond-Areh, pooblaščena investicijska družba d.d. (founders’ meeting on 19 March 1996 for the company Infond-Grad d.d., that changed its name into Infond-Areh d.d., at the founders’ meeting);
• On 5 February 1997, Infond d.o.o. obtained a licence from the Securities Market Agency to manage the mutual fund Hrast, which before that date was managed by the brokerage company TMB d.o.o.;
• On 11 November 1997, the general meeting of the company Infond-Zlat, d.d., adopted a resolution to increase the company's initial capital on account of the acquisition of Infond-Stolp, d.d., Infond-Center, d.d., and Infond-Areh, d.d., by Infond-Zlat, d.d.;
• On 31 December 1997, the registration court registered the acquisition of Infond-Stolp, d.d., Infond-Center, d.d., and Infond-Areh, d.d. by Infond-Zlat, d.d.;
• On 29 June 1998, shares of the company Infond-Zlat d.d., with the symbol IZOS, were admitted to OTC market trading at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange;
• On 15 September 1999, the company Infond d.o.o. obtained a licence from the Securities Market Agency to take over the management of the mutual funds Nika Delniški, Nika S.P.D. and Miha from the company Nika, d.d. The actual takeover of these mutual funds took place on 27 September of the same year;

2001

• On 24 May 2001, the general meeting of Infond Zlat d.d., passed a resolution to split Infond Zlat d.d. into three new companies: Infond PID, pooblaščena investicijska družba, d.d. (licenced privatisation investment fund), Infond ID, investicijska družba, d.d. (corporate investment fund), and Infond Holding, finančna družba, d.d. (financial company);

2002

• On 14 August 2002, the Regional Court of Maribor registered the division and dissolution of Infond Zlat d.d. and the creation of three new companies: Infond PID, d.d., Infond ID, d.d., and Infond Holding, d.d.;
• On 23 September 2002, shares of the companies Infond PID d.d., with the symbol IFPR, Infond ID d.d., with the symbol IFIR, and Infond Holding d.d., with the symbol IFFR, were admitted to OTC market trading at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange;

2003

• On 23 November 2003, the general meeting of Infond PID, d.d., adopted a resolution to split Infond PID, d.d., into two new companies: Infond ID 1, investicijska družba, d.d. (corporate investment fund), and Infond Holding 1, finančna družba, d.d. (financial company);

2004

• On 26 May 2004, the Securities Market Agency issued a decision on the compliance of operations of the management company Infond, d.o.o., with the provisions of the Investment Funds and Management Companies Act – ZISDU-1;
• On 10 June 2004, the District Court of Maribor registered the division and dissolution of Infond PID, d.d., and the creation of two new companies: Infond ID 1, d.d., and Infond Holding 1, d.d.;
• On 22 July 2004, shares of the company Infond Holding 1, d.d., with the symbol IFHR, were admitted to OTC market trading at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange;
• On 2 August 2004, shares of the company Infond ID 1, d.d., with the symbol IFDR, were admitted to OTC market trading at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange;
• On 15 November 2004, marketing activities for coupons of the equity mutual fund Infond €uropa were initiated.

2005

• On 3 October 2005, marketing activities for coupons of the equity mutual fund Infond Life and Infond PanAmerica were initiated.

2007

• On 4 June 2007, marketing activities for coupons of the equity mutual fund Infond Life and Infond PanAmerica were initiated.

2008

• On 26 September 2008, the District Court of Maribor registered the dissolution of Infond ID, d.d., and as at same day mixed mutual fund Infond Global (symbol INDGL) was initiated.
• On 10 October 2008, the District Court of Maribor registered the dissolution of Infond ID 1, d.d., and as at same day equity mutual fund Infond Dynamic (symbol INDDY) was initiated.

2009

• On 13 March 2009, Infond Umbrella Fund started its operation. It incorporates eight subfunds: equity subfunds Infond BRIC, Infond Energy, Infond €uropa, Infond Delniski, Infond Life and Infond PanAmerica and two mixed subfunds Infond Hrast and Infond Uravnotezeni.

2010

• On 14 August 2010, marketing activities for coupons of the bond subfund Infond Bond were initiated.

2011

• On 16 July 2011, marketing activities for coupons of the equity subfund Infond Frontier were initiated.
• On 15 October 2011, KBM Infond started to manage Krekov krovni sklad (Krek umbrella fund) with six subfunds.

2012

• On 8 February 2012, KBM Infond started to manage Krovni sklad Probanka (Probanka umbrella fund) with eight subfunds and the Mutual fund Probanka globalni naložbeni sklad.
