The company KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o. - Skupina Nova KBM, is part of a group of affiliated companies controlled by Nova KBM d.d. with a registered office at Ulica Vita Kraigherja 4 in Maribor. The consolidated annual report for the group is drawn up by Nova KBM, d.d., and is available for examination at KBM d.d.'s head office.

| Matjaž Lorenčič,President of the Management Board The president of the Management Board is Matjaž Lorenčič, B.Econ. A broker at Mariborska borznoposredniska hisa from 1995 to 1997, he was subsequently portfolio manager of KBM Infond, druzba za upravljanje, d.o.o. – Skupina Nove KBM. Between 2003 and 2005 he had different leading positions in the finance sector of Era Velenje. As at 1.1.2005 he returned to KBM Infond, druzba za upravljanje, d.o.o. - Skupina Nove KBM, as Director of Portolio Management. On January 16th, 2008, he started a mandate as Management Board member. On February 15th, 2010, he started a five year mandate as president of a Management Board.

The member of the Management Board is M.Sc. Samo Stonič, B.Econ. A project manager at Activa Group, d.d. from 1997 to 1998, he was subsequently an assistant manager at Certius, d.o.o. Between 1999 and 2001 he was a director of Avanta Real, d.d. In 2001 he started as assistant to president of the Management Board at Aktiva DZU, d.o.o., at the end of year 2004 became president of the Management Board. From 2005 until 2009 he worked as executive manager at Aktiva Invest, d.d., subsequently as executive manager at Aktiva Nalozbe, d.d. On February 15th, 2010, he started a five year mandate as member of the Management Board of KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o. - Skupina Nove KBM.
