KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o. - Skupina Nove KBM (management company), was incorporated on 16 December 1993 for an indefinite period of time. It was established for the purpose of managing investment funds and registered with the Basic Court in Maribor under the reg. no. 1/90041/00.
The company KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o. - Skupina Nova KBM, is part of a group of affiliated companies controlled by Nova KBM d.d. with a registered office at Ulica Vita Kraigherja 4 in Maribor. The consolidated annual report for the group is drawn up by Nova KBM, d.d., and is available for examination at KBM d.d.'s head office.

KBM Infond, Management Company Ltd. is a Slovenian investment fund management company, which was incorporated in year 1993. KBM Infond, Ltd. is part of the Nova KBM, Plc. banking group. Nova KBM, Plc., the second largest Slovenian bank, is a stable actor in the Slovenian financial and banking market with total assets of 4.8 billion Euros.
Currently KBM Infond Ltd. manages 10 funds, with assets in excess of 200 million Euros. This level of assets gives KBM Infond Ltd. the distinction of being one of the largest fund managers in Slovenia with 10% market share.
As one of the main fund managers in Slovenia, KBM Infond, Ltd. managing profitably a wide range of funds for more than seventeen years. Today, KBM Infond Ltd. is a stable fund manager in the Slovenian market and possesses all the professional standards of practice, conditions, infrastructure and managerial skills necessary for a successful asset manager.
The funds managed by our company are currently offered and distributed within domestic and some European markets (Austria and Slovakia). However, in the near future we intend to distribute our mutual funds also in other European countries.
