Management company KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d. o. o. manages 8 investment funds:

2 corporate investment funds

  • special balanced corporate investment fund Infond ID, posebna uravnotežena investicijska družba, d.d. (symbol IFIR) and
  • special equity corporate investment fund Infond ID 1, posebna delniška investicijska družba, d.d. (symbol IFDR),

6 mutual funds:

  • equity mutual fund Infond BRIC,
  • equity mutual fund Infond Energy,
  • equity mutual fund Infond €uropa,
  • equity mutual fund Infond Delniški,
  • balanced mutual fund Infond Uravnoteženi and
  • balanced mutual fund Infond Hrast.

With the net value of assets managed by the mutual funds and corporate investment funds was more than m SIT 50.000 as at 30 June 2006 KBM Infond is fifth largest management company with registered office in Slovenia.

Stanko Brglez, President of the Management Board

The President of the Management Board of KBM Infond, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o. is Stanko Brglez, B.Econ. The director of brokerage Mariborska borzno-posredniška hiša d.o.o. between 1993 and 2000, he has many years of experience in banking and stock broking. He became the President of the Management Board on April 11th, 2001. On March 13th, 2006 the Supervisory Board appointed the Management Board for a new term which runs between April 11th, 2006 and April 11th, 2011.

 

 


Matjaž Lorenčič, member of Management Board

The member of the Management Board is Matjaž Lorenčič, B.Econ. A broker at Mariborska borznoposredniska hisa from 1995 to 1997, he was subsequently portfolio manager of KBM Infond, druzba za upravljanje, d.o.o. Between 2003 and 2005 he had different leading positions in the finance sector of Era Velenje. As at 1.1.2005 he returned to KBM Infond, druzba za upravljanje, d.o.o., as Director of Portolio Management. On January 16th, 2008, he started the five year mandate as Management Board member.
