The President of the Management board, Jožica Palčič, B.Econ., has been the President of the Board since 2020. Her latest mandate began in February 2025. In it, she is responsible for sales and marketing, portfolio management, compliance, anti-money laundering, internal audit, risk management, finance, accounting and controlling, legal and general affairs, and HR management. She has extensive work experience in the field of managing companies and performing managerial and other work tasks in the companies PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KD Življenje, KD IT and Pozavarovalnica Sava. Jožica Palčič is a university graduate in economics. |

A Member of the Management Board, M.Sc. Jure Dubravica, B.Econ., has been a Member of the Board since November 2023. In it, he is responsible for fund management, IT and Cybersecurity, business monitoring and back-end processes, developement and business processes, and sustainability. He has many years of experience in the field of asset management and finance, as well as performing managerial and other work tasks. At Sava Infond, he performed management tasks in the field of fund management and later portfolio management. Jure Dubravica holds the title of Master of Economic Sciences. |
